How many times have you seen an advertisement promising a new life through weight loss and hoped it would finally be the solution you were searching for? Maybe you signed up and gave it a go for a short time. Or maybe you passed it by because it’s easier to go back to your routine of living on the sidelines. More times than you can count? Me too.

I’m sharing my story with the hope I can help others know they are not alone. I’ve lost more than 100 lbs, but the truth is, it’s still a journey and I’m still living it. But I learned how to end a toxic relationship with food and so can you.
